Lab-Grown Meat

Good morning! I was just looking at the March issue of the Little Big Cat newsletter from @Dr. Jean Hofve and read about cell-cultured meat, poultry and fish. Dr Jean, I am interested in hearing a little more about this intriguing topic and why you feel it will be beneficial. For those who feed raw, like me, I assume lab-grown is for canned and kibble?
