Quinn is a female, spayed, domestic longhair cat we adopted at about three months old. She is 10.5 pounds. When we adopted her she was FIV positive, not tested since. About 3.5 years ago she started sneezing, she does not have watery eyes, her behavior is normal, she is social with us, eats, drinks and goes to the bathroom fine. She is on Blue Buffalo LID Duck and potato dry (free fed) and Almo Naturals tuna and pumpkin wet 2x a day (to mix in the tons of things I have tried). She has been regularly vaccinated despite being strictly indoor b/c we board her annually for a trip. I will probably find an alternative as I don't think that is helping. We have two dogs as well (two have passed since we had her and we have got new ones when they passed). She gets along (tolerates) the dogs well. She has escape places to get away from them. We give her filtered water. I have tried Lysine, homeopet drops, various supplements, we have only one rug in the house, an air purifier (not ozone), no air fresheners or toxic cleaners.
One thing that has changed since we got her is we switched from oil to gas heat and it is a bit drier although I see no difference when the heat or air is not on and windows open.
She has had three convenia shots and those helped for a few weeks. Latest vet we tried wanted us to do Cerenia drops in the nose and I think that made it worse.
I am at a complete loss. She doesn't seem miserable but it can't be comfortable and I am constantly cleaning up....
She does not seem to have any facial deformity or teeth issues and it has remained relatively the same since it started.
