This site is not working for me - like it's not WORKING on my end when I try to use it....

I'm wasting a LOT of time trying to post, log in , forum and site, and just tried to schedule the free offered call to no avail. Is there a phon number I can contact for support. I really would rather speak to someone about it than typing it out. I feel like I'm not even close to getting money's worth here. also, I do understand the internet lol. and work online, so that is not the issue. as you may also recall my emails to your support address back in Jan ,despite looking delivered, were not received by your team.
I was hoping to book the free call with a time slot available le this coming monday, as I simply can't afford the expense at this moment of continuing membership, so I was hoping to do this before it expires on the 26th , so I can get use out of it as i've been paying for it monthly and not utilizing it of late.
I will consider rejoining in th future if the glitches improve, but I just didn't find myself utilizing what I needed out of it as it was complicated eveyrtime I logged in etc
I even tried just now resetting pw and it is not sending me any links, spam etc
like I said I do have relevant reasons to seek out help and use of the forum before it expires, hopefully it can work out for that to materialize
