CKD in cat and dental challenges

Dental is never completely *off the table* but it would need to be done with care--proper anesthesia monitoring, fluid support, etc. If there are painful teeth, they are affecting his quality of life, so it's something you'll have to balance. But with good holistic support as well, it may be possible.

How can I help him?
I'm glad that he's better, and improving as we just discussed. The three options we discussed are:
1. IV fluids at the dental vet and close monitoring during anesthesia,
2. Raw chicken necks and whatever he enjoy eating and doing so he can continue to build his cellular energy and vitality,
3. Adding a vet homeopath to his vet care team to help make option #1 less risky and hopefully help his kidneys improve.

Continued spirulina and addition of the B12, Zn, and vit C.

Dental should be off the table with his blood values?
Not totally...
