Catio recommendation??

I thought that by purchasing a catio off of Etsy it would be homemade, unfortunately the one I ordered for my two cats is made in China, and though that's not a deal breaker, I just was looking for quality wood products state-side if possible. I had been in contact with what appears to be a pricey company on-line called Habitat Haven ( Premium Outdoor Catios - Catio Kits & Custom Designed Catios ) and working through email initially... though when I called them today, the customer service plummeted. It was almost as if they wanted to do email only and it was an awkward conversation even when I tried to explain what I wanted to discuss. Call me old fashioned, but I think a great customer service experience even on the phone is crucial to win me as a customer. So I am back at square one.

Does anyone know of anyone who makes quality catios? I realize I may have to resort to asking about contractors in my area (Upstate New York) but I am learning as I go. Thanks!
