Hello my cat was diagnosed with a heart condition called HCM Hypotrophic Cardiomyopathy. Please advise on best homeopathic treatment for this disease. However, regarding your request for things that are proven to work, I'm afraid that rules out just about everything if you mean "evidence based". Even most conventional vet drugs have been empirically adapted from human medicine and have never been proven to work in animals.
Regarding experience based medicine (vs. evidence based), many holistic and homeopathic vets have seen healing associated with fresh food feeding (higher vitality and energy), heart organ meat (or extract), homeopathy, etc.
