Isn't celery juice high in oxalates which prevent absorption of vitamins and minerals, especially calcium, and can lead to stone formation in some individuals? I would think drinking juice in a concentrated form is different than eating a it of celery in its natural state. Perhaps certain individuals should avoid celery juice?

We're starting a study to see if celery juice can improve quality of life for dogs and cats the way Anthony William has found that it can for people.

Anthony advises drinking 16 oz of fresh celery juice on an empty stomach every day.

Ideally using a masticating juicer, but any kind of juicer or even a Ninja blender (ask Amy about this fantastic kitchen tool) is fine.

16 oz. is the amount we are using for dogs over 50 lbs.

12 oz. for dogs 25-49 pounds, 8 oz. for 10-25 pounds and 4 oz for dogs under 10 pounds and cats.

If you would like to be part of this study, just go ahead and add to this thread.

Hi Dr. Jeff,

Is this study still happening? I’m new to this community with a new rescue pup and would like to join this study! I am also a follower of Medical Medium and have personally already healed from various neurological symptoms (including being in a wheelchair and difficult speech/communication). The Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie & Extractor Smoothie (in Medical Medium Brain Saver book) were also key factors in that healing. Seeing this post to help animal health brought so much hope & joy to my day!
