Vet suggested surgery but not 100% sure it's pyometra

Hi @Dr. Jeff and @Dr. Sara - Hope was brought in to the vet today for dental surgery. After the vet took ultrasound, she found fluid in Hope's uterus and recommended emergency surgery to remove her uterus. Here are the ultrasound images.

I feel iffy about it because at first, they recommended BOTH dental surgery and spaying today then they said we can do either. I just called them and they said they won't do dental unless we do spaying first....OR I can bring her home without surgeries and give Hope antibiotics then see...oh my.

The vet said, it was through Process of elimination that she determined the fluid is in the uterus, not other organs. In other words, the ultrasound images do not clearly show it's the uterus.

Hope's BEAM has been good and her bloodwork results taken today, (I asked the vet to confirm again) look decent. I asked if there's any infections, wouldn't the bloodwork show? She said sometimes it doesn't ... what are your thoughts?

I'm picking her up without any surgeries today and will be dosing Hope Apis 30C. Thank you, @Dr. Jeff for your timely help.
