This is definitely a case for a homeopathic veterinarian. Often we assume the trigger is a vaccines, here we are sure of it. While a variety of different energy healing methods could work, along with following the guidance in the 101 course (please get her to take that class), this should be fairly easy for a homeopathic veterinarian to help with. There are specific remedies (about 40) that, in practice, are known to often help rebalance the vital force after vaccines.
