Swollen Cornea

Pumpkin, neutered male Lhasa Apso/Maltese mix, 12 lbs, 18, minimal vaccination history, minimal medications/toxis.
Diet home-cooked plus plant-based kibble.
BEAM: 7

Had a lot of discharge in left eye. Vet said he must've hit it somewhere. We just moved so I thought he must've hit it somewhere in the night. She "stamped" it, then prescribed Autologous Serum (Sero Repair). I've also been doing a little Tong Ren on him and using crystals to clear the blockages. After one week the eye is much beter.... less discharge, but I notice he's having a hard time seeing me when I bend down to pet him. He also still has the "indents" on his eye, like little holes, and that eye looks much cloudier than the other. (Both have minor catracts) . Took him for a recheck, and vet said his cornea is swollen....due to an ulceration.. She wants to prescribe antibiotics.

You may want to consult a veterinary ophthalmologist as your next step.

While waiting for an ophthalmology appointment, I would carefully question your vet (is she the acupuncture vet?) about the treatment. Why the antibiotics for the ulcer. Is it an ulcer? Is she sure? Are there other drugs that may help? It is fine to use drugs temporarily if her extended explanation makes sense.

Next, focus on his BEAM. Is the eye bothering him. Observe and follow his lead for what would bring him joy right now, regardless of his treatments. focus positive thoughts and intentions on him, and use any energy healing you have learned.

Do seek out your holistic veterinary care. Maybe check with an animal intuitive/animal communicator.

After I read Dr. Jeff's post. I went ahead and got the antibiotic. (She's not the acupuncture vet, but she's a holistic vet... Dr. Masami Seplow. The acupuncture vet seemed quite expensive ..maybe I'm wrong, but the multiple treatments...)
But I will call her on Monday to see if this is what he really needs, because I'm confused myself. Thanks.

Also, do you think visualizing him well will work? I hear that visualization is powerful...but I don't know if that alone will bring healing, or if it's just a precursor to taking action.... meaning, you just have a goal, a vision of what you want, and then you take steps to make that happen...
