Please could i ask for the best supplements for a poodle bechan who is 11 yes old,
She is on heart medication snd has a weak heart and has started coughing upto 5 times a night , the vet recommends increasing her heart medication although it might make her sick ,
i have heard Coq10 is good fkr dogs heart health ,
we are in europe so not sure if we can get usa supplements here , what would be the recomended dose , she is about 7kg
Thankyou so much
unfortunately as she has such a delicate stomache and throws up over any new food my dad won’t feed her raw and she is on urinary vet kibble and non organic meat sachets for small dogs .
would adding some spirulina to her food help please ? thabkyou di much
she is on herbs for urinary tracy as she had an operation for bladder stoves .
Thankyou so much 🩷🥰

Thankyou so much Dr Jeff
Could i ask you the dosage for a 7kg Missy , Bech poodle ,
for spirulina ,
for cardiovascular dog support mix
for probiotic blend ( the one you told me to get )
for cq10 the ones youv recomended .
Missy hasn’t started any of these treatments yet as my Dad being 96, and rigid a bit , needs me to be there , but also only invites me occasionally like once every 3 months , but i will be there on 28th and able to bring Missy all this .
The pills Missy is on are
Cardalis 2.5mg x 1 daily. Isemid 2mg x1 daily. Vetmedin 1.25mg x 3 daily.
She has had an upset tummy abd thrown up from them .
Dad got her sensitive stomache meat .
One week she pulled something running for her ball.
she was X rayed and was told no broken bone .
she had 4 anti inflammatory pain shots , one a day for 4 days and then today jumped up and screamed ,
she now again has 4 anti inflammatory pain shots .
After that the vet said anymore would be too much for her liver and heart .
i have written an email to see if the one day i’m there monday , if there’s an initial consultation session for 30 th monday november ,
if there is i will book it to try to get Dad on board ,
i would live thete and help Missy , but can’t unless invited ; so need to get Dad , on board .
Missy had an operation on her back knees ,
as a puppy for a genetic condition , and vet said it would give her 7 good years , the vet said if it’s that she can’t be operated on as her heart is too weak .
Thankyou for suggesting dosage for Missy fkr these supplements as well as any supplements fkr pain or to heal a pulled muscular , ligament , tendon , or help her knee joints if it’s that .
Also is the any homeopathy she could use please ?
Thankyou so much .
My Dad might travel to stay with my sister in sprain and march and i will look after Missy sbd could get her into a good life style then and if she improves it will show my Dad so he can continue it .
Thankyou so much for all your help ,
lots of love

Hi Kate!

Thanks for asking about Bechan.
Could i ask you the dosage
Sure, but the answer to every supplement and food question, is that it depends.

It depends on BEAM. For example, one of our fellow community members and clients just started their pup on CoQMax Omega. It is my favorite, easiest to take and highly effective blend of highly absorbable Co-Q and fish oils.

However this pups BEAM dropped when starting it, so my first word of advice was to stop the supplement.

Even though I think it's the best heart supplement to use, it might not be right for this individual.
Also is the any homeopathy she could use please ?
