Sovereign silver for kittens runny eyes?

Hi! My 3 mo old has runny eyes. What is the dosage for Silver drops in her eyes? Once or maybe twice a day?

Hiya Christie-

You could use this or a gentler lubricating drop like Remend 1 drop 3x a day.

However, there are two important things to know.

1. Sovereign Silver is a wonderful supportive treatment, but it's usually not curative.

Curative ones work energetically, not pharmacologically (like silver and most supplements).

2. Some individuals are very sensitive to Argentum metallicum which is the homeopathic form of silver.

This form is highly, highly diluted yet some pets still have a strong effect.

Severe aggravations can therefore occur in sensitive pets given the much higher doses of Sovereign Silver.

As Dr. Jeff said, silver isn't curative. Most kitty eye stuff is viral, and silver--as primarily an antibiotic--is suppressive, and somewhat less specific for that.
