Quiet Night by Jackson's Galaxy

Hi @Dr. Jean Hofve, @Dr. Jeff and @Dr. Christina,

My 2yo kitty has been waking me up in the middle of the night, during wee hours (between 1 am and 6 am), for cuddles and food. She gets 2 to 3 meals a day. She is on a raw food diet, so I can't leave the food out for her. I'm very happy that she has a healthy appetite now (we've been working with Dr. Jeff), and I am happy (and honored) that I get to feed her....but sometimes I get so exhausted from not having enough sleep.

I looked into flower essences (we have all kinds of flower essences by Green Hope Farm and Jackson's Galaxy) and recently bought a bottle of Jackson Galaxy's "Quiet Night" - supposedly, this flower essence can change her sleep pattern. She sleeps during the day, and I believe she is getting enough exercise (she spends time in the yard, we play with her with cat wands, and sometimes she gets treats on snuffle mats). I hesitated giving her this flower essence because my understanding is that, it's cats' nature to hunt for food at the crack of dawn. So my question is, would applying this flower essence mess with her natural instinct? I had reached out to Jackson's Galaxy and their response was that they cannot answer my question because they're not vets or animal behaviorists :(. Is it okay to give? How often? For long term? Any insights from you would be greatly appreciated.

I will let Dr. Jean chime in on the essences. They will not change the natural drives of a cat, so totally safe to give.

Since you are a client of Dr. Jeff, be sure to contact him. This could be some normal cat behavior just needing reshaping of behavior by you, or it could be a great clue to a needed remedy to create better balance.

Nope!

Yes.
How often? For long term?
For frequency I'd say a few times within an hour of bedtime, however @Dr. Jean Hofve is the expert, by far, here.

I typically don't advise giving anything on an ongoing basis other than a variety of fresh food, exercise and enrichment.

Pipi's sleep pattern will shift with homeopathic treatment. Given enough time or a super similar remedy (tho this could also trigger "normal" crepuscular behavior to become even more pronounced!)...

Might a Benaddryl helpyou sleep through her waking up in the night/early am?

Normally I give 3 ir 4 times a day. We want the new energy pattern to integrate into her whole day. Of course give a dose particularly at bedtime. If she has a facorite toy ir sleeping area, soritz or dab some around there, too.
