Hello,
I am wondering whether there is a pain alternative to buprenorphine for pancreatitis pain while Cappuccine is healing to give her some relief.

Thank you.

Hi Christina!

Yes, and no. The answer depends on the context of your question (buprenorphine, like fentanyl and oxycontin, is a super strong drug that can even dull the vital force's ability to heal).

Is she showing new signs of pain?

Is her BEAM changing?

Is she eating on her own or doing anything with gusto and/or purring?

No, she is resting a lot on her new regimen of herbs and nutrition. She accepts syringe feeding, mostly, she had a bowel movement for the first time in a week yesterday. She is purring and rubbing up against us. She also ate food on her own for the first time in a week. She still has nausea, and we have been giving her cerenia off and on for it. The obstipation and vet visits really set her back last week. Since that time, though, she has been receiving daily reiki healings and occasional color therapy healings. It is a long road, I suspect, but she is healing.

Since she is healing, there is no need for anything more than your love and patience to allow her body to keep healing.

What do you normally prescribe or recommend for pancreatic pain?

And the deep treatments of homeopathy or TCVM also are concurrently addressing any pain.
