Leo was one of the best. Such a talent. Danced Twirled. Did tricks. Fetched and put the ball or toy in my hand. LOVED MUSIC. He sat under me on the left side of the piano. or at the bass bottom, or under my students feet. I've attached some photos and at the bottom there's a link to his music video we wrote with a five-year-old child. As a little pup, he was so easy to train and never chewed on anything that didn't belong to him. He was great with babies and children, he came with me to piano lessons for several years before Covid. He was a therapy dog for a while. Times when he suffered, he had skin problems where he would get rash. Dealt with skin mites too And that is a very challenging situation to manage and get rid of.

1. Leo, 10 & 3.5 yrs, male
2. Neutered
3. Bichon Frise
4. Weights approx. Healthy was 12.4 lbs. died at 11.2
5. He was mostly a 10 unless his skin problems flared up.

Attached are answers to questions from a holistic vet.
What issues are you currently experiencing? Please be as detailed as you can. The more I know the better I can help you.Lymphoma. I didn't find out which kind he had because I didn't have the funds to do so.

Leo Bichon was 12.8 pounds in the beginning of October. He has multicentric lymphoma. I found it when he had fallen off the bed by squeezing him to see if he was OK. I found swollen lymph glands under his chin and behind his forearms. Now they are in the front of his chest. They are and his growing area and behind his knees on his rear legs they have gotten harder. I don't want to lose him.

My neighbor who cuts my lawn, doused my driveway cracks with round up in July and didn't tell me or ask me if it was OK. I think that may be what caused Leo's problem, but who knows?

He has had a history of skin problems, with itching and licking. And it seems like I've addressed that. I also addressed scooting with psyllium husk in his food with bone broth.

Itch at 1 year old, the nzymes.com products fixed the bad allergies and skin itch, until 2025. July 2025 he had the cytopoint injection there was relief. then spring of 2026 it started again.

I changed his food, nothing worked except for the cytopoint shot, he had again july 2026.

Had his biome tested spring 2026 animalbiome.com. Started Animal biome gut Restore and skin rescue after biome test. It helped somewhat, but it wasn't perfect. It was expensive. See the report attached.

He also has a fisher for a year. I've been tending to on his tail closer to the anus. There have been some subcutaneous lesions that when I've squeezed them, they pop back into his body. I haven't received much help from the vet. I used to have a holistic vet at Smith Ridge, but he's no longer there. He does online consultations, but they're $500 and I just don't have it
When did this start?Beginning of September 2, 2026.
Please list all current medications (prescriptions)Panacur C - 275 mg - 3 days on 4 days off since 9/10/2026. (no script started this on my own from research)

Started Leo on Laverdia on October 8. He threw up that dose, but was able to take the next two doses. It was a horrible situation to deal with considering how toxic any excretions from him were to me and others. I went through a box of 100 gloves in less than a week. We stopped and opted for MMS protocol. Protocol seemed to be going well for five days, but then, after several days, he wasn't getting better, and realized that there carrots and apples and things with vitamin C in it that were canceling out the sodium chlorite. If we had started him on that protocol sooner, I think he would've been cured.

My vet expressed he's too busy to learn anything new. I had a Doctor who offered to teach him ozone therapy!

What beautiful photos - they so capture his glowing essence. How blessed you are to have had so many years with this bundle of joy. I am sure he will be communicating with you, directly, or in beautiful memories for the rest of your life.

Your students must miss him a lot as well.

Hello Paula.

This is Kim in Support. I am so sorry for your unspeakable loss. My heart is broken for you. I lost my precious Beanie, a 10-year old goldendoodle just after Labor Day to hemangiosarcoma. There was nothing even remotely affordable I could do about it, and the odds were slim at best that anything would help her anyway. It was heartbreaking and still is. I miss everything about her - even the interminable barking out the window at squirrels, people, other dogs, leaves, imaginary goodness knows what, etc. Ours was known as the house with the black barking dog in the window. What I would do to hear that again (and be embarrassed by it again)!

I will be thinking about you and sendingIMG_0272.jpeg you thoughts of comfort and solace. And I always have virtual ((((HUGS)))) if you want them.
