Current BEAM and issues:
Behavior - doesn't take treats, less vocal and lively, isn't playing at home anymore, ignores other dogs' interactions (old behaviors started after neuter surgery), OCD with sticks when outside (old behaviors started after neuter surgery), PU/PD and urgency to pee is extreme, pees immediately upon walking outside (old behavior), seems confused/lost when outside
Energy - low, tired, lethargic, steps up to bed, instead of jumping, no playing with toys, only when going outside does he perk up, sleeping all day
Appetite - low, picky, refuses treats, won't eat meals since 8/30/26, but digestion seems normal, some puking in the am (yellow bile, Old symptom, ~ 1x every 2 months), dry crumbly poops alternating with copious softer poops (old symptom)
hand feeding seemed to help but then lost interest
Mood - seems sad, aloof, dog walker reported confusion
6. Diet
He eats conventional raw food, a rotation of whatever I can find at the store - Stella & Chewys, Green JuJu, Tucker's, Raw Dynamic, etc. I add supplements and veggie toppers, like raw carrots, cooked zucchini, green beans, frozen blueberries, etc.
Currently:
- omega 3
- digestive enzymes
- vitamin c
- cottage cheese
- flaxseed meal
- cilantro
7. Vaccination history / exposure to toxins, other medication
no vax since 2023
not sure about exposure to toxins since i wasn’t with him from wed 25-sun 30
8. Primary problem, when it began and if there was anything else happening around that time
- pet sitter reported loss of appetite on sun 30. i was out of town so not sure if anything else happened but was lethargic and aloof by sunday 30. no vomiting or diarrhea
9. Is the condition better or worse from exercise, heat, cold, time of day, certain foods, emotional upset, being touched, excitement, etc?
- still gets excited about going outside which is the only normal thing about him. when outside, seems confused/disoriented and walks slow
10. Has any diagnostic work been done? Diagnosis if available (you can attach your diagnostic tests to the post if you have them.)
- was in the ER last night. All bloodwork is attached. Had a clean bill of health. kidney levels are better than they ever have been.

12. Other health concerns.
OCD sticks (ongoing) and weird eye symptoms from two weeks ago. could this have been a sign of a neurological issue? retina repair eye drops fixed it. photo attached
