Sometimes, especially in a long thread, you may wish to reply to a specific post and quote that post before adding your comments or questions.
Just find the post you want to quote like this:

Click the Reply button at the bottom right of the post, as indicated by the purple arrow. That will open a new edit page with the post inserted, again using the quote BBCode until you actually post your reply:

Now just add your comments or questions below that quote and click the Post reply button as usual.
After you do that, your reply will look like this:
