13-year-old neutered cat
Eats raw meat
When he was 2 years old, he was diagnosed with FORL, and one large molar was removed.
Since then, there have been no problems during his dental cleanings.
Last month, he was to dental cleaning, and on the X-ray, the vet could see that there were 6 teeth in poor condition that the vet wants to remove.
I am attaching a photo of the X-rays

The vet will remove teeth 202, 209, 302, 308, 408, and 409.
Is it a good idea to have them all removed at once?
I’ve received a list of what needs to be done and the medications the vet will use for the surgery.
The vet will be using Dexdomitor, Comfortan, Buprelap, Ketaminol, Propovet, Xylocaine, and Loxicom. What do you think about these different things?
And what pain reliever can I give after the surgery that’s more natural than Loxicom?
Someone told me I could give Arnica instead. I’ve never tried giving it, so I have no experience with it.
I’ve found out that I can buy Arnica here in Denmark, in pellets, which come in different strengths:
CH - 4 - 7 - 9 - 15 - 30 - 200.
And they also have higher dilutions such as
CM.
1M.
10M.
What would you recommend here, and when and how should it be given?
I previously asked in the forum what supplements I could give my cat for his teeth. Dr. Jeff replied that I could give it a little Micro C and spirulina.
I give my cat a very small amount of that (about a pinch), and I’ve also added 2 drops of B12 and 1 drop of zinc (Vimergy, as recommended by Medical Medium for pets)
Can I keep giving him the supplements, or should I stop and wait until after his surgery? If so, when should I start again?
And after his surgery, should I start giving him these supplements? See the attached photo.

My cat eats raw meat—rabbit, chicken, and beef. Can I feed him the same food after his surgery if I cut the meat into smaller pieces?
Is there anything else I should be aware of?
Thanks in advance for your reply
