Depends on what you are going for. They have lots of antioxidants, all berries do, but they also have fructose. Blueberries, gojis, tart cherries, and cranberries are on the more tart end, so presumably less sugar. I am just a big believer in the keto diet for cancer, like they use at Ketopet Sanctuary. You can get the similar or same antioxidants in vegetables, with often a bit more fiber (some fibers like lignan are helpful), without the sugar. Cancer is a tightrope, Adam, just hang on to that big balancing stick!
