Fecal Microbiome Transplants Thoughts?

Hi everyone, my cat Beau just turned 19! He’s doing quite well wt great agility but lately he’s slowed a touch and not as thrilled about eating (wants to eat but complains a little while eating-prefers extra soupy). He’s also a little more tired and needy of me. He does throw up yellow a few times a week and often drops hard poops in the box and around the house, it’s random.
He was on Science Diet before I inherited him at age 13 from my mom. He’s neutered, hasn’t had shots since he’s been with me, he was on uti meds for years but I weaned him off all that stuff in the first 3 months home with me. I was thinking of trying this fecal Microbiome transplant supplement for cats from Dr Morgan called Legacy Biome and I wanted to know if anyone here has thoughts or suggestions Healthy Gut Restore for Cats (PRE-ORDER)

Congratulations on helping Beau remain vital and healthy for 19 years!

The Restore looks fine.

What's he eating now?

Have you tried freeze-dried chicken hearts?

Structured water might also be a good addition.

He's on a soupy (lots of water) species specific raw -sometimes cooked diet (there's times raw doesn't do well for him and he'll deny it, but ground cooked wt water does).

He gets glandulars and turkey hearts in his meals.

I've been hearing some great things about FMT for awhile but this is the first one I've seen out on any platform. If anyone knows about any higher quality ones etc. I would love to know ( not sure if this is too commercial, we like to stay close to small batch organic home made as much as we can).

I will explore structured water- would I just replace it in his water bowl or add to his meals also?

Thank you!

Someone in another group used a fecal transplant product from AnimalBiome on her dog after desperately trying many other things. She said it worked great.
