Dramamine for motion sickness

Hello,

I got this male kitty TNR ‘d on June 10th. Turns out he’s pretty friendly so recovering in a huge doggie kennel so I can find a foster and rescue. I just discovered this ball under lower body near butt. Please see video. I’ve never seen this. Could it be from surgery of an undescended testicles? I’m worried. He’s urinating and having regular bowel movements. He was given a covenia injection for wound on leg along with vaccines, dewormer and flea medicine. (No choice, that’s how they do it). He is quiet and eating well, letting me pet him and loves the brush but not purring. I’ve been giving him gabapentin for pain. Post surgery as well as first day. Post surgery, Arnica, and following after that staphysagria. Now I’m realizing he might be not feeling well and that’s why he’s content resting so much? Have you seen this before? Do I need to take him back to the rescue? Thank you! Anna

Have you seen this before?

Looks like his empty scrotum (from neutering) may have swollen from licking.

He may need a soft collar on cone to stop licking. Call the rescue in the morning. They may have something for you to use.
