Charlie had his first, and only, dose of Nux, 200c, on August 2. There have been small changes for the better since then, nothing dramatic.
One thing he's been doing more recently is hanging out with me for about the first 10 minutes of my zoom yoga class. That's been fun. My mat is down all the time for some practices between zoom work appointments. Today he decided to take advantage of the mat to rest. So sweet... He goes through periods of isolating, a symptom we've been working with. He doesn't always stay with me in this particular room. Today he did.
