Behavior issues around meal times with kitties Bella and Maya

You may not need anything as switching back and forth is typically easy.

1 pinch of psyllium/meal may be helpful if there is an issue.

Hey Daysha!

Thanks so much for reinvigorating this thread! It's got some important stuff I had forgotten about (and now am tagging the thread for future reference).

I'm so very sorry for the loss of your husband.

Yes! This is exactly what I think is the core of all the other symptoms you describe. Even if the blood test results show hyperthyroidism or kidney dis-ease, it is her quality of life symptoms, like BEAM, that are central.

When they improve, it means that her cellular energy flow is better balanced. And everything else will also improve.

My 15 year young kitty Tiggy is also looking frail and is sleeping more. She's also drinking huge amounts of water indicative of progression of the early kidney dis-ease she was diagnosed with 2 years ago.

I recently started this muscle building formula:

Fortunately I found a deep-acting ("constitutional") homeopathic medicine a few years ago when she was also diagnosed with early hyperthyroidism when she was spitting up in the early am and starting to lose weight.

With sporadic doses of her remedy she has a high BEAM (for a 15+ year young kitty) and runs to her room for her food like a spry kitten.

But she also sleeps most of the day curled up in Amy's (my wife) lap.

Are you working with a vet homeopath?
@Dr. Jeff I have been using the Myos muscle building formula for Bella and Maya for a month or so now, and signed up for auto ship on Chewy.com. I wanted to ask you a question. Also, I'll check out the company website as well. But just in case I thought I'd ask for your opinion. I was at work in the office the other day and so I was not at home when the Myos came. It happened to be a very hot and muggy day. I am concerned about whether the heat may have affected the product while it sat in direct sun while I was at work. I contacted Chewy and offered to return the unopened product if they feel it should be replaced. The rep said she looked and saw no contraindications of it sitting outside as long as it was sealed. Since it has an egg base I was concerned. I'll check with the company too. Hope you are doing well.

Yes, that's what I do as well.
@Dr. Jeff someone from their company got back to me and said: If the product remained sealed and was not exposed to extreme heat (such as being heated in a microwave), it should be just fine. While we don’t recommend prolonged exposure to high temperatures, a short period in sunlight during delivery typically does not affect the integrity of the product, especially if the container remained unopened. That said, if you notice anything unusual or have any concerns, we're happy to help further.
