Britt keeps walking by her snuffle mat looking for crumbs!
With as sensitive as she can be, she’s asking for chicken wings and her snuffle mat, along with more food. I’ll withhold her chicken hearts.
Hi. I have a 10 yr old dal. She eats raw meat/cooked veg diet. She has a sensitive stomach. Yesterday she was in a lot of pain. Took her to the emergency vet. They said to feed a bland diet. I gave her boiled ground beef and green beans. This morning, she’s been demanding food. I am...
I have a 10 year old Dalmatian that eats raw. Because Dalmatians can be stone formers, they should eat a low purine diet. And because Dalmatians can get copper storage, copper needs to be avoided. It is getting confusing as to what to feed. It is a relatively new topic on the Dalmatian...
Hi. I know when people are on lasiks and certain bp meds, they need to be monitored for changes in their electrolytes. Is this the same for dogs? I am wondering if my rod’s diet needs to be supplemented.
Thank you!

She threw up at 6:45am and pooped a LOT today.

We have had a rough couple of weeks. I dosed Britt with Bryonia 30c on 9/9 and again on 9/19. We had an extreme amount of reactivity to other dogs, mail truck...
I stopped feeding Honest Kitchen and am feeding raw. Ground grass fed beef, egg, grass fed yogurt, cottage cheese, steamed veg, sour kraut, oatmeal. We are still having problems. Where can I find a basic raw or lightly cooked diet?
I have an 8 1/2 yr old Dalmatian, Britt. She was on kibble until the end of June when we started homeopathy. At that time I started to transition her to Honest Kitchen- chicken and oats. She seems to be gassy and whiny. I would think by now, she should tolerate it better.
Does any one else...
