    Poppy peed in the shower today. I noticed it was darker in color. Looks like some blood in it. Any suggestions on what I can do for him to get him thru the weekend til I can take him to vet on Monday? I did give him .25 ml of coq10 and a couple dropperfuls of Lakewood cranberry juice.

    My kitty Poppy is going thru another anemia challenge once again. My question is, can cats take all these supplements that are listed in the plant based iron that I take? Are these safe for cats?     HI Alice- Why are you giving him Slippery Elm? Could it be stopping him up? I've learned that alot of water should be drank while taking the slippery elm because it swells and could cause problems.

    Rabies Vaccine for dog with Kidney Disease

    I'd like to know too about the rabies vaccine and kidney issues as well for my dog. Her blood work came back slightly elevated for the kidneys and pancreas. Her rabies vaccine is due any day now as well and I don't want her vaccinated regardless.

    However many dropperfuls it takes to give them the 4 oz each. I will be starting this on Saturday morning when I'm home with them in case it gives them loose stools like it does humans with a lot of toxicity in them. LOL. I work during the week and I don't know what detox reactions they'll get.
