FVRCP Vaccine

My 9 year old cat is strictly indoors. Does he need the FVRCP vaccine?

Not being a licensed doc, I can't get in too much trouble saying that vaccines generally can cause more harm than good. Since he lives a sheltered life, I'd say there is no good reason to b concerned about exposure. Much better to concentrate on developing and keeping a boundlessly healthy state, with great food and lots of happiness. At nine, he is way ahead of the game already, so not to worry about things he'll never encounter.

No need for it. In 1992, expert immunologists wrote in conventional veterinary textbooks that one or two doses of the vaccine, or exposure by living a few years will last a lifetime.
