I have a 9 year old siamese, male. He was diagnosed with FIC(crying in front of litterbox, couldn't pee much) about 5 months ago.But after a week or so he was back to normal...
However, my cat is throwing up his food today, under the couch..He's not yelping , no detection of blood in the litterbox...When should I go to the vet?

When to go to the vet depends, Jeff. Welcome to Holistic Actions and making your first post.

Context of the vomiting? What has been happening the last few days? Have you had visitors, painted the house, got new furniture, etc.

Other than vomiting this AM, how is his BEAM (Behavior, energy, appetite, mood). sounds like his appetite is fine.

5 months ago, was he treated conventionally, no treatment needed and it resolved on its own after a week, or were you working with a holistic veterinarian?

Your comfort level about going to a veterinarian will change as you study here at Holistic Actions. If you are feeding dry food free choice, do pick up the food for today. You can observe, if that feels comfortable to you, and see if he just had a one time issue. Send positive thoughts, lots of love (not worry), visualize him being fine.

Consider adding a holistic, especially homeopathic veterinarian to your health care team. Read this article and follow the steps to find great ones.

Take the 101 class, if you have not already. this will help you see symptoms as clues to underlying energetic imbalances, not merely problems to be stopped.

Hey Jeff!

I'm sorry to hear about your kitty's vomiting.
When should I go to the vet?
Great replies from Dr, Christina. I would add that you go to the vet whenever you're worried about your kitty.

Then paws and decide what you can do with the information that they learn and share.
