Reoccuring ear infection for my goldendoodle

My goldendoodle has had reoccuring ear infection since November, I am getting very concerned. We have went the conventional route and got the antibiotics in his ear, did not work. I have used ozonated oil, mullen and garlic oil, organic ear cleaner, probiotics, fish oil. He eats raw beef diet. Please help
