Quercetin for skin allergies?

Hello, I have seen Dr. Andrew Jones’ Bioactive Quercetin for skin allergies recommended here, but am not fond of the ingredients list:

“Rice flour, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate”

Would giving a dog or cat this pure encap quercetin instead be ok? Does anyone have experience using quercetin like this for animals and if so, approx dosage ?

Sure, it's OK to use. The dose depends on the animal. In general, start with 1/4 cap for a ~10 pound kitty.

I don't have any experience with this particular product.

I'd also start low (with just a pinch or 1/4 cap) and work up, if needed, to 1/2 cap.
