One of the benefits of carefully observing (and recording) symptoms is that you do not immediately jump to conclusions like "This is an infection and I need to give antibiotics." More and more you will be able to wait and watch symptoms, discover what may have triggered the vital force to cause the symptoms and support the body to heal itself.
