He advises, and discusses, the science of CO2 and the feeling of air hunger that many get when wearing a mask.
Patrick teaches us to decrease sensitivity by breathing through the nose.
Yogi Andre´ Lisbeth, and others, postulate that this works because of absorption of negative ions which are associated with vitality.
The result of absorbing negative ions through the nasal mucosa is improvement in vitality, cellular energy and balance.
The result of improving balance is always to decrease susceptibility (sensitivity).
