Some of you have seen that we're always advising ways for your pets to heal that work with their bodies and nature.
One great way to do this is through music which may help their cells work more efficiently, conserve energy and consequently function better and "flow".

But the human mind is a major flow "blocker". I feel super fortunate that I don't have to combat this "cognitive baggage" that is a block to optimal performance in my animal patients (the way people have).
In addition to music, one great way to stimulate flow is through nurturing stillness within ourselves.
Here's a great video with a short exercise to help us focus, flow, and cultivate stillness (by anchoring it to the breath):
