hi, I've emailed [email protected] several times over the past 3 weeks and never gotten a reply. is this working, or how can I reach support? I asked several straightforward questions about my membership. Thanks.

hi! few questions i couldn't find on the site -
it says there is a weekly call, i can only see info for calls that appear to be monthly, am i missing something?
also, if i cancel my subscription will i still have access to it for the remainder of the month? And is it possible to re-subscribe easily should i wish to in the future? I need to cut down on my costs so i'm hoping this is possible.
also, what is the 15 minute call? is it an additional fee or included with the membership? Thanks!
also, is there a separate login for the forum than the main site / profile? it might be my device which saved two different logins, and I can't login directly to the forum as it keeps saying the password is wrong and username doesn't exist.
