I applied it to his belly before bed and he slept throughout the whole night! No pacing! Yay! Also… yesterday he only ate a handful of small pieces of sardines and chicken… he just ate a cooked steak today though. Is that okay? If he doesn’t eat anything to just give him what he eats even if its cooked red meat??

Yeah, sure! It's part of keeping him happy
I'm feeding my guy a little strangely right now, due to a health issue that is under control. Today, a neighbor gave him a whole small roll of FreshPet, which I would not ordinarily have. But he thought it was liquid gold, and carried on until he got most of the roll. Odd time, odd item, but, boy it made him eat happily just now, and that's the main thing right now...along with mom's homemade chicken soup.
We have a whole counterful of various supplements, which theoretically are to be given daily. But just now, not so much....just the essentials, scattered over time. Get what you can down him, on him, or whatever works for the sweet old man. And love him to pieces for us

Not sure where to write this but @Dr. Jeff i wanted to let you know, Gixxer passed sunday late in the night at around 1:20am. He had a collapsing seizure on saturday, then 2 on sunday and he was releasing diarrhea when collapsing. From that we made the choice to put him downYeah, sure! It's part of keeping him happy

it hasnt been easy these past few days. I promise i loved him all day every day and did the best i could! I really hope he knows that and knows how much i love and miss him. I was lucky enough to hold his paw through the whole thing and with my entire family being in the room he chose me to lock eyes on as he was falling asleep and i couldnt have asked for a more perfect way for him to leave. 
i stayed with his body for a good 20-30min after he passed. Luckily my dad and i drove separately from my other family so he didnt rush me at all. My brothers and mom left immediately after. I couldnt just leave. I felt like i lost my best friend and baby at the same time. As i was crying over his body after he passed i felt his presence in the room. Is it possible that his soul stayed in the room while i was there? Because i had a pull to look up in the room and say i love you gixxer i love you so much, it felt like he was there in spirit. Anyways, i haven’t been sleeping well and woke up really sick today. I never get sick so i think its from his passing and how hard it is on my mind heart body and soul. Is there anything i should do for him in honor of his spirit? Me and my mom are creating an alter space for him in the spot he loves most in our house. And one last thing, since we had to euthanize him, i’m worried he thinks we killed him what if he didnt want to die yet? But at the same time he was really suffering saturday and sunday. I saw the fear and worry in his eyes like he didnt know what was happening Thanks for all of your help, information and support Dr. Jeff. I really appreciate it. I will stay in this forum because i do have a cat
so if anything happens with him i will be here asking for help

No, he forgives you! They always know that you've done your best and acted out of love. And - in my view - he is there in spirit with many others to guide and love him. Be sure to think of him - pray, if you will - running and jumping and floating around with his new and old friends, happy and pain-free. No matter what, he will always be with you in spirit, and will guide you in your adventures. Bless you, dear
