@Dr. Christina @Dr. Jeff I very much enjoyed the 2/9/26 empower hour with Dr Doug. I learned more about Edgar Cayce and will look further thanks to Dr Doug's intriguing presentation. I also had my 1st guided meditation experience with Bella lying on me while listening to the presentation on my couch. I loved it! And loved the message how our pets bring us closer to the Divine/God. Bravo for this one! Also, I am reading Dr Jeff's new book every evening. Once I complete I'll be sharing a review on social media.

I deeply appreciate that Daysha!

The more we all get the path of Conscious Compassionate Communication following the BEAM Blueprint "out there" the better for all animals.

Thank you again for your support and for sharing with others.

@Dr. Jeff @Dr. Jean Hofve @Dr. Christina I am seeking any recommendations on guided meditations with our pets similar to the 2/9/26 empower hour with Dr Doug which I loved so much, it was one of my favorites, and my 1st experience doing that with my kitties that I keep coming back to. I would like to expand my options. You Tube didn't impress me with what I saw. Thanks!

How about the meditations/visualizations from Kathleen Prasad?

Also, I asked Sage and she said:

Tips to expand your practice

  • Create a “kitty consent” ritual: invite them, then let them choose distance/engagement.
  • Keep sessions short (5–12 minutes), soft lighting, and repeat a familiar opening phrase or sound.
  • Try pairing breath counts (4–6 count inhale/exhale) with a hand on your heart and one near your cat (no touch unless they ask).
  • Close by thanking them—ritual endings help them anticipate future sessions.
If you share what you loved most about Dr. Doug’s meditation (pace, imagery, breath, silence), I’ll point you to the closest-matching session and suggest a simple at-home script. Enjoy the extra moments of calm together!"
