I could use suggestions on training Cooper to go potty on our deck. Currently, we take him on a walk once a day in the afternoon but it's stressful bc he pulls non-stop.
Are there training programs you'd recommend? I see so many on line.

I had him on my lap after we left the shelter. I think he had kibble shortly bf we arrived so I will try this again. I did have the window open but it's very cold here...
