None of these have research so it depends on individual susceptibility.
Based on your other posts Adam, I'd advise just sticking to a few things like Pranic Healing (which I think you are already doing), meditations, intentional healing (Bengston Method), Reiki, intentional Love Massages and homeopathy.

Personally I think that nature and indigenous wisdom provides a simple framework that has worked for thousands of years.
Only some of the current energetic treatment methods have followed this path and roadmap to balance. Many of the commercial products can only weakly emulate the power of "Radical Remission" and the super vitality, balance of 100+ year young people living in Blue Zones.
