Hi @everyone-

I'd like to share an awe-some quote from Yongey Rinpoche's book called "The Joy of Living, Unlocking the Secret & Science of Happiness" (thanks @Dr. Jean for turning me on to Yongey's wonderful work):

"...Although the texts of Buddhist psychology examine a wide range of conditioning factors, all of them agree in three primary afflictions that inhibit our ability to see things as they really are: ignorance, attachment and aversion...."

The emphasis was added to help highlight how important it is (for happiness and health) to do exactly what y'all are doing.
Remaining in (or steering towards) a re-growth mindset of doing your open-minded research (to see what is possible) and not staying attached to the fixed beliefs about symptoms, dis-eases, and diagnoses.

Thank you for being here!♥️??
