Dr Jeff knows how I am about Lola so I just noticed this pink spot on her.

Be sure not to worry, as whatever it is can be resolved. It does seem, since not raised, to be depigmentation. How old is Lola? Sometimes these can be no problem, just a change with aging. Remember when the vital force is most healthy, it can push any triggered imbalance out to the skin level where it is less likely to cause deep harm.
