Laughter Yoga is based in the best ways to help us (and our pets) stay healthy and heal.
In addition to unconditional laughter, we learn more about happiness, breathing, dancing, singing, having fun, play, etc. It helps us relearn things we knew when we were kids.
If anyone would like to join us during one of the daily sessions (10pm ET) the link is:
