Inflammation or irritation to your pets' ears is called otitis.

More commonly known as ear "infections."

An attentive client just emailed me about early symptoms of ear irritation in her Poodle.

And here's what you can do:

This looks like a very early stage of otitis (ear “infection”).

The plucking of hair and cleaning wax can be irritating.

Sweet almond oil is a great way to soothe them.

Steep up a cup of green tea, let it cool, then use that for cleaning. Once or twice a day as needed.
