Dog nibbling off fur

Hello,
I have a 22 month old German Shepherd,
I give her A raw diet including 3000 mg fish oil a day.
she has recently nibbled an almost bald spot on her side, it’s only the one side.
I have been using a CBD treatment for hotspots and relief that is mostly hemp seed oil, CBC, and chamomile.

what is the best treatment to help my dog?

Her BEAM has not changed at all.

Hey Sarah-

The best treatment depends on the full context including things like history, exact diet (source, variety), form of the fish oils (triglyceride vs. molecularly distilled), how often you brush her, if you ever saw fleas, etc.

Was there a vaccine or other trigger for the nibbling?

Is she having hot spots in addition to these bald spots?

How are her ears?
