I will try this Dr. Jeff--thank you! She seems perfectly normal otherwise, is peeing in her box, good beam, good coat. I am going to try some different foods and try changing things up and see if that helps the appetite.
It looks like the Wellness pate is causing the diarrhea as I see my other cat struggling with that. I just gave her the raw freeze dried food (but wet the foot) and she didn't have the diahhrea. she's eating a little over 2 times what she previously ate which is about 2.3 cups of freeze dried...
I just saw that one day, but I'm tracking her better now by keeping her inside and in one room (away from the other cat so the stools don't get mixed up) and will see what it looks like. I'm logging her symptoms, how much food I give her, her stools and what they look like, if she is urinating...

My cat is drinking a lot less water than usual and the blood work and thyroid tests look normal. But I'm not sure what blood work they did and she didn't fast before she had the labs. Everything on the blood work was normal except the EOS was slightly high at 1.0. the vet said it's possible...
Dr. Christina, Thank you! Yep I was able to get her in to see the vet for blood work and an exam tomorrow as they are going to work her in between appointments. This is not a holistic vet, but an honest one and I can at least get some type of baseline.
My can's appetite has significantly increased for the past 3 weeks and seems to continue to increase but she is losing weight. She is 11 years old. I don't see any worms n her behind. Any ideas? She is also coming inside a lot more now. She is 7 pounds where she is usually 8 or 9 so it's...
I really appreciate these comments! Thank you Dr. Jeff for the catio info and also for letting me know that my other cat can go outside. And Dr. Christina, I love your idea of using a harness and playing food games with the cat as I think that will work wtih Jack. I will say that partly why...
My indoor cat seems to be depressed and bored as he does not want to play with the puppy anymore. He has a good appetite and acts stimulated after a while when I put balls out, toys out and rattle in front of him, but then he goes to the window and looks out like he wishes he were outside. The...
Thank you for letting me know that he probably has enough immunity by now. I've been holding off taking him to the dog park for fear he might catch a disease.
