Raspberry treats

Chia seeds with water are the binder. Raspberries are the wet part and almond flour is the base. 3 ingredients. Same technique as other treats! Email me for 1-1 help.

Ingredients:
1 T Chia Seeds bloomed in 2 T water
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1+ cup of almond flour mix

Instructions:
  • Make chia water mixture and add the berries
  • Mix in 1 cup of flour to blend together
  • Mix until all dry ingredients are incorporated and it starts to stick use hand to form a ball.
  • Add more flour if wet until it’s a firm dough and doesn't stick to bowl
  • Break off balls of dough 1” diameter uniform size for even bake
  • Using a piece of plastic wrap and bottom of glass press down until flat
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes on parchment paper until they are fully dry, the center should not be soft.
  • Check at 25 minutes. once they are dry turn off oven and let them cool in oven.
