Premix for raw food for cats

Well today is your lucky day! I was talking to a colleague and found out you can get Amphojel (a phosphate binder) in Canada! It's not needed until blood phosphorus gets a little higher or there are worse symptoms, but it may become important. (It's not tasty, so you don't want to use it until...

How did Dogs Bobi and Bluey live to be around 30 yrs old??

I think I may have not been clear about Abraham... not that the animals love their experience here (heck, I don't always love MY experience here!) but they appreciate their ability to *have* the experiences that allow them to learn and grow on their own eternal paths. Animals, people, abused...

Premix for raw food for cats

Dr. Jeff and Dr. Christina are both excellent homeopaths; I'd start with them!

Premix for raw food for cats

I don't know what is available in Canada, sorry. Here is some info on seizures that may be helpful. Seizures and Epilepsy | Little Big Cat - Dr. Jean Hofve But I would strongly recommend homeopathic treatment! This is not a minor issue and needs to be addressed.

Premix for raw food for cats

Here's my philosophy: I recommend TC Instincts and meat. It's been a solid, proven combination for decades. Now, whatever you want to add, you're free to do so, but then you are doing something different and I can't vouch for it. But now we are talking about a particular condition, so then it...

How did Dogs Bobi and Bluey live to be around 30 yrs old??

Great and deep discussion, thanks everyone! I agree with the principles Drs. Christina and Jeff have talked about. As far as life path or "contract," I highly recommend you read the book "Journey of Souls" by the late Dr. Michael Newton. You will understand completely. It's not scary or weird...

Premix for raw food for cats

No just that. It is intended to make meat into a complete diet. No veggies.

Best diet for cat with kidney issues

Great points from Drs Jeff and Christina. BTW the article I posted is old, there’s more research and I will update as soon as I.am recovered! So, several grains of salt will apply! 🙄

Best diet for cat with kidney issues

IMO there is no justification for using a kidney diet for early stages, and only rarely (as symptom control) in later stages. I just left the hospital a few minutes ago after knee replacement surgery, and my brain is pretty fogged up but here is my take on this condition. Kidney Disease in Cats...

    Hemp Litter

Interesting that they pellet it. A lot of cats don't like the feeling of those hard edges on their paws. But at least it's actually organic!

    Hemp Litter

Canada unfortunately uses a ton of GMO, so I wouldn't chance it unless they can tell you it isn't. Cats will consume quite a bit of it when they clean their paws.

Momma cat is giving birth right now. Any homeopathic remedy to support her post birth?

Just good food and lots of it! A normal natural birth doesn't need treatment.

    Hemp Litter

Don't know much about it, but good that it's organic, since a lot of hemp is GMO.

    Fibi's passing

I think you might enjoy Suzanne Giesemann, she's a medium; people-oriented, but the same applies to animals. Very interesting person, she was previously a high-ranking naval officer. She has many videos on YouTube. Suzanne Giesemann - Messages of Hope

Garlic, Onions and Susceptibility to Toxicity for Dogs and Cats

Well, that's why powdered is so much more damaging. There isn't that much "badness" in those bits from whole onion to worry about. IMHO of course!

    Fibi's passing

Oh Sheri, Fibi is totally free! There is nothing on earth that can "hold" a soul. She is so much bigger and brighter than that. There are a lot of opinions out there about this, but the ones based in any kind of fear are just wrong. She is fine, she is free, she is gloriously happy. It is SO...

Garlic, Onions and Susceptibility to Toxicity for Dogs and Cats

Onions are much more toxic than garlic, but fresh or cooked from fresh are less harmful in small amounts. Dried or powdered forms are much worse because they're highly concentrated. Here's my lesson learned: A kitty comes in on a Monday for bloodwork. She had been fed one meal of Gerber's...

    Olive leaf

Right... not toxic, but very aversive. Olive leaf is an antibiotic, and therefore suppressive. It wouldn't be appropriate unless you are trying to treat some type of infection. It tastes pretty nasty on its own--I'm not sure lemon would improve the flavor!!

    Mushrooms for cats

Absolutely! Mushrooms are awesome, they provide so many benefits to the immune system and much more! Adored Beast has several mushroom products.
